Off-plan, currently under active construction. Completion is expected October 2026. Buying now locks in today's pricing before values increase.

Are there financing or mortgage options?

The developer's 24-month instalment plan requires no bank loan. If you prefer mortgage financing, consult your lender directly — approval is subject to individual lender criteria.

What documents are required to book?

A copy of your National ID, your KRA PIN certificate, and payment of the KES 100,000 non-refundable booking fee to lock in your unit.
